Q. Can we cut trees during weeknights?
During weeknight hours, we offer pre-cut trees only. Cut-your-own is available on weekends 10am-5pm.

Q. What are your dates and hours for cut-your-own trees?
Cut-your-own is available during daylight hours for your safety and the best experience. All trees must be cut before dark, and the last entry to the fields is at 4:30 PM.

Q. How do I know if you’re sold out of cut-your-own trees?
If we sell out, an update will be posted immediately on our Google business page.

Q. How do we get our cut-your-own tree to the cashier station?
After cutting your tree, you may use our wagon ride to return to the front of the farm.

Q. Do you supply saws?
Yes, handsaws are available at the Greeter Station.

Q. Can I bring my chainsaw?
No. Chainsaws are not permitted for safety reasons.

Q-Do you charge for shaking, bailing and wrapping?
This is complimentary but we do ask you support 2 local young athletes on their quest to represent Canada on a World Stage in 2026.
Please bring a min of $2+ to donate and help make their dreams come true.

Q. Can you tie my tree onto my car?
No. For liability reasons, our staff cannot secure trees to vehicles.

Q. Do you have rope available for tying trees to cars?
Yes, complimentary rope is available near the Greeter Station.

Q. Can I preorder personalized ornaments?
Yes! Personalized ornaments can be pre-ordered online and will be ready upon your arrival.

Q. Is there an entry or parking fee?
No. Admission and parking are both free.

Q. Can I take photos on your farm?
Personal family photos are welcome. However, professional photo shoots and photographers are not permitted while the farm is open to the public.

Q. Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Q. Do you have an ATM?
No, there is no ATM on-site. Please note that the Sugar Shack is cash-only, so plan accordingly.

Q. Do you offer cashback?
No, we do not provide cashback services.

Q. Do you have a washroom?
Yes, there is a porta potty and hand-wash station available for guest use.

Q. Are dogs allowed?
Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome, provided you clean up after them and keep an eye out for our friendly farm cats.
